i cloud storage

Hi there,


My i Cloud storage management states I am with the 5GB plan which means it is free. However, I am still being charged for 50GB every month. However, the payment was recently declined because I have not updated my payment method.


If I was previously on 50GB, I would like to go back to the 5GB option, I do not need so much space anymore. Can you please resolve this problem for me?
