iTunes on phone automatically plays next song on playlist. How to stop that?

I know how to stop iTunes from playing the next song on a playlist on my MacBook Air. I'm having trouble figuring out how to do this on my mobile device--my iPhone and iPad. Can anyone tell me what setting exists to stop songs from automatically playing the next song? I just need songs to stop auto playing on this particular playlist only. Thank you.
