call failure in watch

why i am not able to receive calls through airtel provider in my watch 3 series cellular but able to make calls when away from phone

Apple Watch not able to make calls while on cellular or WiFi Have an SE cellular, I’m not sure when this started, I’m not able to receive calls while on cellular/WiFi nor I’m I able to send or receive texts. I can however receive calls. I’ve checked all my settings and can’t figure this out. Works fine when connected to the iPhone. Watch and iPhone are on the most current OS versions.
