The link for help isn’t working. Apple has been charging me for months for small sums which I have not authorised. How do I get my money back if no one is ever there and all I get is try again later. Disgusting treatment of customers.

Its very very difficult for random charges to happen from the iTunes Store without you doling something to cause them. Pretty much close to impossible.

In most cases charges come from recurring subscriptions to apps you failed to cancel. If you downloaded an app that had a free trial, these usually will renew into paid subscriptions that will charge you in a recurring fashion.

Deleting the app that held the trial or subscription does not in any way cancel the associated trial or subscription.

I have checked all my subscriptions. I never download anything even with a free trial because I know the risk of forgetting to terminate it. I have checked all the subs and there is nothing, and I mean nothing, which could be causing these charges. Quite apart from the annoyance of paying Apple hundreds of ££ over many months and not noticing because the sums were rarely more than £4 or so, I seem unable to contact anyone at Apple. The Support link is permanently not working.
