Cannot login to Apple Music

Hi everyone.


I just wiped my iMac clean as I regularly do. I'm a power user/dev, and I like it like that ;)


Today, after reinstalling everything, I tried to login to Apple Music using Music app, I either get this message:



Or, if I login using "Account" > "Sign in...", nothing happens: I type my password, click "Ok", the box dissapears and...nothing.


I tried rebooting my computer, it didn't help

iMac 27", macOS 10.15

Hi deadbird,


It sounds like you're having trouble with the Music app, and I want to help.


Try testing Music in another user account:

Set up users, guests, and groups on Mac - Apple Support


If Music is not behaving correctly in another user account, you may need to reinstall macOS to repair the Music app:
