Microphone isnt working

I have reset phone, updated to most up to date, removed all apps from have access to my mic, turned off Bluetooth and I even reset phone back to factory settings. Whenever I go into mic settings it says another app is using my mic, but all my apps are closed and I’m not giving any apps permission to use my mic
