Hi,
the orange dot indicating microphone usage comes up in my home screen consistently even though I have force closed all apps and none of them have permission to use the microphone in the settings, also restarted the phone after this.
iPhone SE, iOS 14

Not at all times the dot shows. The dot is on the screen all the time, noticed it first a week back and has been there since every time I check.
Ha, yes!! Was confused because it always slided to the screen from the corner but makes sense since the whole wallpaper moves a bit when you open it.
