Hello everyone.
I'd like to get my son an ipod for Christmas. However he only really wants it for fortnite 🙄. I've read conflicting information online, so was hoping someone may know here. I'm looking at ipod touch 6th gen preferably or would I need to get a 7th gen?

iPod touch (6th generation) is no longer supported by Apple. Fornite requires the newer, more powerful, hardware inside the iPod touch (7th generation).

Fortnite isn't supported by the 6th gen, due to the aging hardware. Only the 7th gen is capable of running Fortnite, aswell as iOS 13.

It's 199$ for the 32 GB model, which should be enough for only Fortnite.
