I have an iPhone XR with iOS 13.1.3, and I am trying to add Siri to my shortcuts in the shortcuts app. When I open Settings > Siri, I don't see a section for shortcuts, only "Ask Siri", "Siri Suggestions" and then the list of apps. I also have never seen the "Add to Siri" button on any of my apps. How can I use Siri with my shortcuts?

As of iOS 13, the Shortcuts app is now built-in. This means that you can ask Siri to run created shortcuts without first adding it to Siri shortcuts:

In some situations, you may still see the Add to Siri option when you add a shortcut from a third-party app as mentioned here:
