Is there any way to get back photos after they’ve been deleted from the phone permanently?

Not unless you have a backup containing those photos, no.

Do you have a backup made when the photos were still present on the phone?

Did you back it up to iCloud or iTunes?

My icloud photos automatically update

I mean automatically upload to My cloud so i dont know what date it was
