Change background color of Books

Hallo,

I would like to change the background color on my Ipad in Books. In IOS 13 there is n capital A icon as I have seen on google.

Is this still possible? I would like to use a color like sepia for my PDF Background.

Books IPad OS - Underline feature pdf This is a basic issue that has not yet been resolved. I am not able in iPad OS(12.9) Books app to only underline, the system forces me to highlight in colour, and then thereafter to select the underline feature, then only delete the colour highlight. This has been the case for a few months, but it has not been addressed. Is anyone having the same problem?

Can I change the background color of a document in Preview? Can I change the color of a document I'm reading in Preview? -- Not the app's background. For example, if I'm reading a book, I'd like to have the black text against a light yellow background, instead of black on white. Does anyone have suggestions for apps that would allow me to do that (other than Adobe). I am aware that Adobe has this option under "Accessibility".
