I need to reset my pass word, but no long have the device that the security question is connected to

how do i change my security question from an device that is no longer existed...

Reset your security questions

Go to iforgot.apple.com.
Enter your Apple ID, then select Continue.
Choose the option to reset your security questions, then select Continue.
