Can data be recovered from a factory reset iPhone if you have the passcode?

Hi, thanks for taking the time to answer, I was wondering if it’s possible to recover data from an iPhone after it has been factory reset using “Erase all content and settings”, I understand that after you use this it will wipe the encryption keys so the data is inaccessible, what I’m wondering is if you have the passcode or apple password then can the data be recovered?
