Monthly charge..

I am charged 99 cents monthly for iTunes.com/bill Record Store. I purchased an album years ago and otherwise have not and do to use iTunes. How do I get rid of this subscription to WHATEVER??

One possibility (based solely on the 99¢ amount) is that it is for an upgrade to 50GB of iCloud storage. If so, you can downgrade to the free 5GB plan. See: Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support

You can go to Settings > [username] > iCloud > Manage Storage on your iPhone to see if it shows you as having the 50GB plan.
