I was migrating 283.74 GB of photos from Aperture to Photos in anticipation of Catalina. During the migration, Aperture suddenly quit. So now, I've migrated 276.83 GB to photos. Is there any easy way to figure out which photos didn't migrate? Secondly, once I have successfully migrated all the photos, can I delete the Aperture Library as well as the Aperture App?

In a nutshell: No, Yes and Yes.
The only way to be sure is to visually check. However, for a lot of reasons, I would not be comparing the libraries by their 'weight' in gigabytes. There can always be variation in caches and so on. The number of items is a much better check.
Thanks! I really was comparing the size of the libraries to get the gigabyte figures. Plus Aperture has two more projects than Photos. I know I've lost some photos but I'm inclined to not worry about it any further and just hope I don't miss the photos some day! Thanks so much for your help.
