Single Apple movie out of a collection will not play properly.

Hi,

I have two apple tv’s.

I regularly watched purchased movies on both without issue.

I recently bought ‘wild rose’ and it will launch but then the video immediately judders like in slow mo and there is no audio. It is not buffering. All my other Apple TV movies work fine.

there are no connection issues. This is not a hardware issue. This is something to do with this specific movie on this specific Apple TV. The same movie plays just fine on my second Apple TV which indicates streaming and source are fine.

The Apple TV software is ‘up to date’ and the problem Apple TV has been rebooted. It has not been ‘reset’ yet. I am hoping that is not required.

Please advise a resolution.
