Purchased apple movie not playing

We purchased The Hobbit triology on apple to watch on our apple tv. All of them will play but the 3rd one, The Battle of the 5 Armies. It will start, and then 10 seconds in a message pops up saying "Error loading content. Try again later." This has happened over and over for 2 days straight. We have restarted our apple tv and tried to look in settings. Why won't this purchased movie play?
