Can’t Connect to Bluetooth

My new iPhone 11 Mac Pro won’t connect to any Bluetooth devices. I’ve done all usual troubleshooting. Still won’t connect.

There is no such device.

Some possible devices are:

iPhone 11
iPhone 11 Pro
Mac Pro
MacBook Pro
