Yes is sound like a hardware problem, you should go ask a apple store
maybe the charging cable, the batteries or just the screen. Maybe you should ask a apple store and or order a new screen

In countries with Apple Support, a visit to your Apple dealer would likely result in them replacing your phone.
Unfortunately, since you live in a country without support, you would need to get someone that lives in the country where your phone was purchased to take it in for service for you.
