I also use OneDrive. When I go to a folder in OneDrive and do a search, it never works. I can see my documents, but the search doesn’t find anything.

Try resetting iPad's settings in Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings. Be certain you do not select Erase All Content and Settings as this will erase all of your information. It is a good idea to perform a backup of your iPad prior to resetting its settings.

Are you referring to iPad's Files application? Is your iPad running iPadOS 13.2.2?

Yes, the Files application and my iPad is on 13.1.3. I haven't received a notification for 13.2.2, but when I just went to Software Update, there is an update for 13.2.2. I will install that, and try the Files app and browse function and let you know.

This seems rather dramatic. Why do you think this will fix the problem? I don’t want to loose my settings and I don’t want to re-add my credit cards to Apple Pay. I’ve attached 2 photos to show you the problem. It seems like a problem that needs to be fixed, and I don’t want to reset my settings unless I understand why this might help.
I finished the upgrade to 13.2.2 but it didn't not resolve my search issue.
