My iPad Air2 will NOT allow me to delete any apps at all. I have followed all the steps, but I don’t get the usual “x” to delete anything. It only allows me to rearrange apps. Any help would be MUCH appreciated.

Settings->Screen Time->Content & Privacy Restrictions->iTunes & App Store Purchases-> Deleting Apps, make sure its set to Allow.

When I go to settings> general>
there is no “profiles” section; so to be honest I do not know.
Holy crap that’s RIDICULOUSLY difficult to get to without knowing these devices intimately. Thanks a bunch!!
