problems with restrictions and apple music

hello everyone, i'm currently facing a problem with my apple music, which doesn't let me listen to explicit songs: i've read a lot of questions similar to mine, and i've noticed this is quite a common problem.

i've already checked screentime restrictions and tried to turn them off, or turn them on and just allow everything, but neither of these attempts worked and i don't know what to do anymore: resetting my phone seems to be the only solution left, but that sounds a bit... too much.

thanks in advance to anyone willing to help me.

Hi umidk,

Thank you for posting your question. I understand you're not able to play explicit content in Apple Music.

As a test, try opening the iTunes Store app on your device and search for one of the songs you've been unable to play, and then tap the title of the song to play a preview. Does that work? If it does, try playing the same song again in Apple Music to test again.

If that doesn't help, I recommend signing out of Apple Music and back in. This will remove any offline content, so you'll need to re-download it after. To sign out, tap Settings > [name] > iTunes & App Store. Then, tap the Apple ID at the top and sign out, and then sign back in.

Feel free to reply back with an update. Take care.
