1. Are you trying to download content within iTunes? Or,
2. Are you trying to download the iTunes app?
3. What happens when you try? If you get any error messages, what are they?
4. What is the current macOS version installed on your computer? Example: macOS Catalina Version 10.15.1. You can get this under the Apple  menu > About This Mac.
