Video Brightness/Color is constantly changing on video

Hi,

I have a mac book air 2019 , just bought this summer , it always had this problem and I am quite sad that I am experiencing such a problem with my first apple macbook. Regardless it is on true tone open or not , video's brightness and colour is constantly changing throughout the video especially during dark scenes ,like the macbook screen is trying to adjust itself to something. However this constant change in brightness and colour very much disturbs the scene and video watching quality

And my iphone 8 has much better quality on videos than my macbook air 2019 , like something is wrong with it. I want the exact quality on my iphone in macbook air which is constantly worse than any other notebook that I used

If I connect it to a tv with a HDMI , tv screen is having an escalated version of the same problem

Try to attach 2 photos from same scene which shows colour differences ( may be hard to recognize ) - below is pinkish while above is more natural
