Hi , I have a problem . I want to request a refund for apps mistakenly purchased programs. It was «Pics Art photo» App which was bought on November 12, and «Videleap» App which was bought on November 15. I don’t know how the program subscription was confirmed. It happened without my consent.
I have assumptions that little son of my cousin played with my phone and knowing my id bought aplications .I apologize for this situation and ask you to help arrange the refund. Thank you. With respect, Julia.
