I received a call from Apple.com Ph# 1-800-***-****. The call was a recording saying my account has been breached and to dial 1 to resolve. I hung up right away. I wanted to confirm if there was a breach on my Apple.com account.

Apple does not make such calls.
All such calls are scams from criminals attempting to steal your personal and financial information. The callers will often use number spoofing to pretend they are calling from a legitimate business. The correct course of action is to hang up on them, repeatedly if needed.

The Apple telephone number was spoofed to make it look like it originated from Apple. Apple will never cold call a customer with that or any other information. You can safely ignore the call. There is no "breach" on your account.
Thank you for your reply. My only concern was that the number used was the same number Apple.com uses as a contact number. I had that number in my contact list so Apple.com came up on the LCD. How are they able to use that same number?

Unfortunately, it is far too easy for those criminals to use a fake number to make those calls. Using the spoofing technology, they can pretend to be any number, from anywhere in the world, including appearing to be coming from your own number.
