iPhone X Camera not working

My iPhone X camera hasn't been working for a few months. I've tried everything suggested in Apple Support and followed instructions posted in the community. I've also watched youtube videos showing how to fix the problem, but nothing seems to work. Some of the suggestions I've followed include, cleaning the lens, going to accessibility and turning voiceover on and off, reseting my phone etc. But nothing seems to work.

My phone camera has a black screen. However, when I click on the 1x button and change it to 2x, the camera works, but the quality of he picture is incredibly grainy and blurry. When I try to take a picture with the image being blurry, the photo doesn't register/safe to my pictures. The on-screen button for taking the picture just gets a grey swirl in the middle and the picture, which is supposed to show that it has been taken on the bottom left, is just a black square.

Is there anything else I can do? I live in Laos, Vientiane, and was wondering if there are any trustworthy apple stores in my city that can help.
