Facetime not working for certain contacts on macbook

I use to be able to Facetime everyone on my contacts list with my macbook pro. But recently I am not able to call this one person on my contacts list. I am able to call them normally but wont give me the option to click Facetime on their contact card. But for the rest of my contacts I am able to do so.

Please help.

My macbook facetime is not working. I've tried everything from restarting my laptop to updating the software and nothing is working. Please help, I never had this issue before. Why is facetime not working on my macbook? I've updated the software and signed in to my device, but when I call someone it just keeps ringing even thought the person on the other end answers.
