I can’t remove a temporary phone number from my mobile Apple ID. Can anyone help please?

Try signing out of. Messages/FaceTime. Wait a while for the change to sync. Log into your Apple ID and see if you can remove the number. Let the change sync. Sign into Messages/FaceTime.
