What a scam Apple has going! No real people to correct this automatic computer monster!

app was upgraded, so they charged full amount to iTunes and refunded original amount.

no money from Apple even though it says refunded

went back on and requested money and they canceled the upgrade on me...now I have no app and Apple owes me over $45 and they both say refunded.

no response from apple.

appears they know how to take your money but not return it.


apple is not customer friendly,

It sounds like you've used reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund but that you haven't gotten a refund yet.


If it's been more than a few days, I would suggest to contact iTunes Support.


Go to getsupport.apple.com, select Billing and Subscriptions, select Subscriptions and Purchases, then select Request a refund. Then, choose an option to contact iTunes Support.
