Synchronizing an Apple TV (1st generation) requires accessing a special section in iTunes which was not carried over with macOS 10.15's device management in Finder. Does anyone know if it is possible to synchronize Apple TV (1st generation) with macOS 10.15?

You would need a computer/OS that will run an old version of iTunes (12.6 or earlier). Syncing content to the Apple TV (1st generation) was disabled with iTunes 12.7.

Thank you for your reply. I was not aware that iTunes 12.7 disabled this feature. While I don't have an Apple TV (1st generation) anymore a buddy of mine does and I was stumped when they asked me if it could be synchronized with Catalina.
Can Apple TV (1st generation) by synchronized with a Macintosh running macOS 10.15 Catalina?
