icloud drive is loading
The icloud drive is keep loading and I could never get in to it.

I see from your post that iCloud Drive is stuck on loading and doesn't continue.
Have you tried restarting your iPhone? A lot of issue can be resolve by just doing a restart of your device:
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If the issue persists after restarting, try connecting your iPhone to a different Wi-Fi network, or see if your cellular data connections works.
