  1. Do you have a profile installed on the iPhone or are you using a Managed Apple ID?
  2. Are you seeing a specific alert asking you to trust an app? If so, what is the exact wording?
  3. What purpose are you trying to trust an app for? To allow access to a specific feature, setting, or something else?
