App store doesn't exist on my Apple Watch series 4

Hi everyone, today I bought new apple watch series 4 44mm, configured it. Then I tried to find a way to install Telegram app to my watch OS (for some reason I can't see offer me to install it in Watch App on the Iphone). Then I tried to find App Store icon on the Apple Watch, and it doesn't exist. How is it possible?

On my IPhone in Watch app I can see App Store icon, but not on my watches.

Using devices: iPhone Xs Max (IOs 13.1.3), Apple Watch 4 44mm (watch OS 6.1)

Apple Watch Series 4, watchOS 5

It's there. On your iPhone Watch App scroll down to App Store and tap on it and turn it on.

I'd start by doing whatever the update is the Watch app thinks you should do.

There won't be an icon on your Apple Watch for the App Store, but if you go into your Apple Watch app on your iPhone you can install any Apple Watch apps that are compatible, don't forget Watch OS 6 is still relatively new so some Apps may not be up-to-date yet.
