I am trying to create an action that when a file is written to a folder, the action imports that item into Photos. But when I drop files into the folder, the action does not run. However I am able to run the action manually and it works.
Also, is there a way to delete files from the folder once they are imported to Photos?

Thanks for your reply. This is what I have already done and the screen shot of my setup is above in my first post. But the action is not firing automatically. It only works when I run it manually. Any other suggestions for trouble shooting?
