Is os Catalina available in Asia?

I'm trying to download Catalina. I bought my mac in the US before I moved to work in China. The update keeps saying it cannot be found. Is this a location problem or an internet/mac problem?

MacBook Pro 13", macOS 10.14

It's difficult to say. A few from the US get the unavailable message.

You can try running this command in the Terminal then check System Preferences > Software Update.

sudo softwareupdate --reset-ignored
