Where can I find Catalina?
The appstore says it is currently unavailable in my region (The Netherlands). Monterey demands too much installation room. I currently have High Sierra running. Thanks in advance!

Safari will open a redirect and open the Apple Store where the download can commence
If one is issuing an Other Browser - the error experienced maybe the result
