iCloud storage

My iPhone storage is full so I bought 50 gb of ICloud storage, that was a week ago and I still don’t have storage, I would like to get some help.

The device storage has nothing to do with iCloud storage. Buying more storage in iCloud doesn’t help with that because you can’t offload phone content to iCloud for storage. That’s not how iCloud works. iCloud is for backups, iCloud Photo Library, keeping documents in sync and for using some apps like Reminders, Contacts, Calendars, and Notes. You will have to make room on the device itself.

If you find that you don’t need the iCloud storage after all, you can cancel it.
