My safari documents and date is 8.1 gb on my ipad and i can not delete them

I did not find these documents and data anywhere on my ipad. I checked on icloud drive, downloads, recently deleted items, clearing website data and cookies. do anyone have a solution for this?

Unfortunately you may need to fully restore your iPad to factory settings.
