Apple Mail Issue with All Inboxes

I have several email account but I always just view All Inboxes where I can normally see all of my email regardless of which account they have come from, however, since upgrading to Catalina 10.15.1 I am not seeing all my accounts? If I click on the accounts individually the emails are there, anyone else with this issue? Any suggestions on how I might fix it?

I have tonight started to Rebuild my email to see if that helps but any help would be appreciated

regards

There is no difference in how the mailboxes are presented in Catalina vs Mojave.

I have four e-mail accounts:

If I select "Inbox as in the above picture it shows all the messages in the in boxes for all the accounts.

Furthermore, if I click the little triangle next to Inboxes it twirls closed, and the separate inboxes are no longer displayed:

If you see something different, please explain and if possible post screenshots.
