When I move mail into different folders usually the iPhone will have a suggestion on where I would like to move that mail too. Now it does not even offer that. Is there a way to get that back??

Ok I see the update now. I didn't know one was out. Where do you find the detailed list of Apple's bug fixes?
It will provide you with release notes when you download the update, however you can also check some of the rumor sites. I know that MacRumors has a post which contains the release notes.
