Documents and Sync consuming Cellular Data

Hi All - For the past two months the "Documents & Sync" section under Settings > Cellular > System Services has been using a lot of Cellular Data. This section utilized 7GB in a period of 20 days last month. During this current billing period, this section has already used up 217MB in a 2 day span.

Here are some details:

This is on an iPhone 11 Pro.

Cellular sync for iCloud Drive has been (and always has - even on previous device) been disabled under Settings > Cellular

iCloud Photos Cellular sync is also disabled.

Wifi assist is disabled

Migrated to the iPhone 11 Pro in early October from an iPhone 7
