Buying a new phone

I just turned 18 and I don’t have credit but I want to buy the iPhone 11 but don’t have enough money at the money to pay in full. So I want to make payments on the phone through apple because phone service I go through won’t let me make payments because I’ve not been with them for 8 months. So my question is am I able to make payments on the phone.
