Where can I find my Macbook Pro Serial number if the device is on Find My but not on My Devices?

My macbook pro was stolen yesterday, and I can open the Find My app and see it (it's not on right now, so there isn't a location, but I put for a notification once it goes back online). However, the device is NOT showing up in My Devices on my Apple Support! I was logged in when it was stolen, so they may have removed it? They also got my backup drives with hours of Polar Bear and wildlife video footage, code, and data, so this has been a devastating experience. I've looked everywhere, and the only place I can see the device is in Find My. How can I get the serial number so that I can report it to the police and the local pawn shops? Thank you!

Yes, I know. I used to keep all this stuff, but some of my files were so large (450GB Polar Bear single shoot), that it wouldn't ever upload correctly. iCloud has come a long way, so now I'm all in on the cloud backups. Just can't believe that they found my backup drives (I was moving from my seasonal gig. Otherwise they are NEVER in the same location). iCloud has some old old files, but I can't see the serial number as it seems linked to the same interface as my account settings on AppleID. This is why I never worried about it. Somehow there's 2.6GB of photos and videos on my iCloud, but there's no way to track down which device uploaded them by serial number.
