I have been successfully using CarPlay the last two years with Phone changes and software upgrades with no issues. I currently have an iPhone XR for
the last month. This morning when I plugged in my phone the screen on the infotainment system is showing scrambled. I have reconnected CarPlay on my phone settings, I rebooted the phone, I rebooted the infotainment system and it is still scrambled. How do we fix this? Do I need to take it in to the Mercedes dealership?
