Safari 13.0.3 for Mac synchronization issues with Safari iOS 12.4.3.

Hello, after the update from Safari 12 to Safari 13 on my MacBook Air early 2014 (now updated to Catalina), the chronology with Safari for my iPhone 5S (not upgradeable to iOS 13) does not synchronize.

Also, the iCloud Tabs feature has disappeared on both devices.

Instead, the sites in the Reading List and Favorites remain synchronized.

I tried the various known options (disconnect Safari from iCloud; disconnect devices from iCloud; remove content blocks, i.e. Ka-Block!) without success.

The option of reinstalling is not for me available with this minor but annoying situation.

I suspect the new encrypted iCloud sync system is causing the problem.

Are there any other users with similar problems?

Thank you all!

There have been multiple posts by people having the same problems. The encrypted iCloud is the likely cause.
