Search Functionality: Music vs iTunes

Recently upgraded to Catalina (and therefore now on Music instead of iTunes).

Does anyone know how I get some of the search functionality that was present on iTunes in Music - specifically:

  • searching for songs within playlists (is there a way to permanently display the "filter field" other than having to shortcut Up + CMD + F all the time),
  • bringing back song view in general for "Your Library" tab by;
  • getting rid of this album view when searching for and clicking on an artist
  • getting rid of this song list that is not "actionable" when searching for songs, and selecting "see all" - i.e. cannot right click a song to bring up further options or multi-select songs. Have to click into a song at which point it brings up the awful album view

Any help greatly appreciated,

A frustrated Music user

P.S. Apple, bring back decent search functionality on Music!!!!!!!!!!
