I press any button on my Apple TV controller and the light just blinks and nothing happens I have tried a new battery on the controller and still nothing and the Apple TV disconnected from my WiFi so I can’t use the Apple tc controller app in the control center I really need help on this.

It sounds like the remote was paired to another Apple TV or the pairing sequence was engaged by someone. Either the case you will need to unpair the Apple TV Remote.
The remote has not been paired to another Apple TV and hasn’t been tried because I always have them together and nobody touch’s it so that’s not it but I think I’ll most likely take it to Apple and see what they can do.But thanks for trying
You may try performing the unpair procedure before you take your Apple TV into Apple.
