Sophos downloading to my Mac

Sophos antivirus keeps downloading to my Mac no matter how many times I delete it. I think it may be because my previous job had access to my computer. How do i go in and remove their access or how do i prevent Sophos from downloading.

McAfee Allow Us To Continue Your Setup On my 2011 iMac McAfee keeps saying allow us to continue your setup. I clicked allow and it didnt bother me for a few weeks. Now it's bothering me again. Did I install a malware mcafee? Because I haven't had this issue before, and I've had McAfee on this mac for almost 3 years. My macOS version is High Sierra if it helps. pls help lol

Macbook pro won't allow me to install antivirus software I have a MacBook Pro, Apple M1 chip running Ventura 13.2. I un-installed Bitdefender to install Malwarebytes and now if won't allow me to install either program.
