Cannot Download an Audio File

Sirs,

I am enrolled in an online course. Up until 11/16/19 I could download the audio file, go into Files, Downloads then listen to the online course. I could even change the file name to something that was easy for me to understand.

Starting on the morning of 11/18/19 I could no longer access any download audio file. When I go to the course website and download the audio file it shows that it is downloading and that it downloaded, but the new file is nowhere to be found.

Not sure what to do to correct.

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. I understand you’re having issues with a file you downloaded on your iPhone. I’ll be happy to help with this.

If you do a search for the file on your iPhone, does it show in the search results? Take a look at this link for info on how to do this:

Also, restart your iPhone and try again. Be sure to try over both Wi-Fi and cellular data:

I am grateful for your Reply. Just now had a chance to devote some time to this. Tried downloading an audio file, made note of the name, followed your first step and immediately saw the file name. Backed out of that 'search' and went into Files then Downloads and it was there as well as some others that for some reason downloaded also. Not sure why nothing was visible earlier. Not sure why they suddenly became visible again. At least now, thanks to you, I have a second option to follow in order to find downloaded files.
